How much energy each thing uses
Energy is TBit's currency: each reply to a customer uses 1. What each plan includes, how to top up from USD 10 and how much each service uses, with the full table.

What energy is
Energy is the only currency in TBit. Everything your TBit does for you comes out of the same bag, so you are not juggling several accounts: you look at a single number.
What you will see most is this: every reply your TBit sends to a customer spends 1. It does not matter if that reply arrives in one bubble or five, it counts as one. What you or your team write by hand spends nothing, and team seats are unlimited and free on all plans.
Where your energy comes from
Your plan. Each plan brings new energy at the start of every cycle. What you do not use in a cycle does not roll over, so it is worth choosing the plan that looks like your normal month.
| Plan | Price per month | Energy per month |
|---|---|---|
| Plus | US$45 | 1,500 |
| Business | US$80 | 3,000 |
| Pro | US$115 | 5,000 |
| Scale | US$260 | 12,000 |
| Enterprise | US$500 | 25,000 |
If you want to compare the plans calmly, they are all on the pricing page.
The top-up. Any account, whether it has a plan or not, can buy energy when it needs it from Billing. You choose an amount in whole dollars between USD 10 and USD 500, and each unit comes out at USD 0.032: with USD 10 you top up 312 and with USD 50, 1,562. The energy you top up is spent after your plan's energy and lasts 90 days from purchase, or 6 months if you have a paid plan. The oldest top-up is spent first, so nothing expires while you still have newer energy. If you prefer not to keep an eye on it, you turn on auto top-up: you choose from what level to top up, the amount and how many times at most per period, and you turn it off whenever you want.
To get started. Every new account starts with 200 energy to try, with no expiration date. When it runs out, you top up or choose a plan.
How much each thing spends
This is the complete list. Day to day is in the first rows; the rest only spends if you turn on that service.
| What | Energy |
|---|---|
| Each reply from your TBit to a customer | 1 |
| Each follow-up your TBit writes to a customer | 1 |
| Each reply in Try my AI | 1 |
| Each message from you when you talk to TBit | depends on the job: 1 or less for a question, dozens for a background job |
| Recording a meeting, with transcript and summary | 1 every 2 minutes (30 per hour) |
| Each email in a campaign | 0.1 (10 emails use 1) |
| Each electronic invoice authorized by DIAN | 1 |
| Minute of a call you make | 1 |
| Minute of a call your TBit handles, incoming or outgoing | 6 |
| SMS you send | 3 per part |
| SMS you receive | 1 per part |
| Your website with your own domain | 550 per month |
| Your website's domain | depends on the ending, per year (a .com, 520) |
| Phone line (the number) | depends on the country, from 60 per month |
Calls and recordings count by started minute: a 40-second call counts as one minute, a 3-minute recording uses 2, and a call nobody answers uses nothing. For now outgoing calls go to numbers in Colombia. A long SMS travels in several parts; each part is 160 characters, or 70 if it has emojis.
Talking to TBit uses energy based on the job it does: the energy comes from what it costs to answer you. A question or a piece of data uses around 1 or less. When you ask for something in the background, like checking why your AI answered wrong or changing several things on your website, TBit works on it with a more powerful model, tells you beforehand and uses more, on the order of dozens. If you have less than 15 energy left, it handles it with the usual model. If a reply fails halfway, you aren't charged.
The website and the phone line are charged once when you activate them and then once a month, on their billing date, first from your plan's energy and then from your balance. You can have the website with or without a plan; its domain is charged separately, once a year, and you see its price in energy when you search for it in Find my domain. Some endings cost little the first year and more from the second: you'll see both figures. The phone line requires an active plan. The price of the number depends on the country and you see it before you order it: in the United States it's 60 per month and in Colombia, 630; in some countries a one-time activation is added. Sending WhatsApp templates doesn't use energy.
What happens if you run out of energy
Nothing gets deleted. Your TBit stops replying to your customers, but their messages keep arriving in your inbox and you or your team can answer by hand, which doesn't use any. No new recording starts; if one was in progress, it finishes and is saved in full. Calls and SMS don't go out. Campaign emails and the invoices you create by hand wait until your energy comes back; the invoice that goes out on its own when an order is paid does get issued, because it's an obligation to the DIAN. The conversation with TBit pauses, and cards, the editor and everything else keep working.
Your website and phone number are already paid up to their monthly cutoff date and keep running until that day. If there's no energy when it's time to renew, the website stays up 7 more days while you top up. The line pauses that same day and comes back when you top up; if a couple of days go by without energy, the number can be lost.
As soon as you top up or your plan's new cycle starts, everything works again without you having to do anything else.
Where you see your energy
In Billing, under Your energy, you see how much you have left and what it was spent on, service by service. Right there you top up or turn on auto top-up.
