What people ask about the plans

What is 1 energy?

It is what your TBit spends every time it replies to a customer. If the reply comes in several bubbles, for example a greeting, a price and a catalog photo, it is still one reply and it still costs 1 energy.

What does not spend energy?

What you do in the board: move a conversation to another stage, use the command palette or answer the customer yourself. It only spends when your TBit replies.

What happens if I run out of energy before the end of the month?

You buy extra energy or turn on auto-recharge from the app, and your TBit keeps serving customers. If you run short every month, the Scale plan includes 12,000 energy per month for USD 260.

How many people from my team can join?

As many as you want. Seats are unlimited and free on all plans: invite whoever sells, serves or schedules, and your bill does not change.

Can I try before paying?

Yes. The trial is free and without a card: you train your TBit, connect it to your WhatsApp and decide later.

Is Meta's charge for WhatsApp messages included?

No. Starting October 1, 2026, Meta charges separately, on your WhatsApp line, for service messages beyond the 1,000 free ones per month. Work out your country's numbers in the WhatsApp rate calculator.
