Sales system for your real estate agency: no buyer waits until tomorrow
For Hispanic realtors in the US: your website comes from your catalog and TBit replies instantly on WhatsApp, notes what the buyer is looking for and schedules the visit.

A buyer sees a house on your website at eleven at night and writes to you on WhatsApp. If the reply comes the next morning, they may already be talking to another real estate agency. The question isn't whether your team works well: it's whether that buyer has someone to talk to the moment they decide to write.
Here we show you how to build a sales system for a real estate agency with TBit: your website, your WhatsApp, your calendar and your funnel working together, so the buyer gets an answer right away and your realtor arrives at the visit with everything they need.
See it in three minutes

Your website comes from your catalog of houses
Everything starts with what you sell. In TBit's Catalog you upload your houses with price, photos, bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and school district. Casa Latina has eight, from Pasadena to Sugar Land.

With that catalog, your real estate agency's website is built: each house with its listing, its photos and a button to ask on WhatsApp. You request the website in Plugins.

When the buyer taps the button, WhatsApp opens with a message that already says which house they're interested in. That way TBit knows which house they're asking about and notes that this buyer came from your website.
Answer instantly, with the details of that house
In the example, Lucía writes from the listing for 1423 Maple Ridge Dr, in Katy. TBit answers her in seconds with the price, bedrooms, bathrooms, year built, HOA fee and school district. It doesn't make it up: it reads it from your catalog listing.
When Lucía asks if they accept ITIN, the answer comes from what you teach it in Your AI: that there are lenders who accept ITIN instead of a Social Security number, that the requirements depend on each person and that the realtor at the showing shares the contact. In this example the assistant doesn't give rates or down payment percentages: your team talks that over.
And if someone writes to you in English, it answers in English. In the video, Mike asks about the house in Pearland, asks to see it Thursday afternoon and ends up with his showing scheduled, all in English and without anyone changing a thing.
While it talks, it notes down what your realtor needs
You decide what to find out about each buyer: budget, pre-approval, loan type (for example ITIN), area, bedrooms and when they want to move. TBit notes it down in the buyer profile as the person tells you, without turning the chat into a form.

In Lucía's conversation, her budget of up to US$330,000, the pre-approval in progress, the ITIN loan, the area she's looking in, and the fact that she wants to move in less than three months were all noted. Nobody had to copy anything by hand.
In the example, the assistant also has a clear rule: it talks about the houses, the school district, and the visit, and it doesn't talk about what the people in an area are like.
Schedule the visit with the right realtor
When the buyer wants to see the house, TBit offers real time slots from your calendar and leaves the visit booked. At Casa Latina, the House visit service lasts 45 minutes and Diego and Sofía handle it. Since Sofía doesn't work Saturdays, Lucía's Saturday visit is with Diego.

When they confirm, the buyer gets the day, the time, the realtor's name, and the house address in the same WhatsApp chat.
The pipeline and the owner are assigned on their own
With the visit scheduled, the buyer moves to the Visit scheduled stage of your pipeline, an owner from your team is assigned, and that realtor gets the task of calling to confirm. Nobody has to move cards or hand out conversations in a group.
TBit works with your team, not in its place. If a realtor wants to take over a conversation, they pause the AI in that chat and take it from there.
Your realtor arrives at the visit knowing everything
Diego arrives at the Saturday visit knowing where Lucía came from (your website, from the Maple Ridge listing), what she's looking for, and how much she can pay. He has the full conversation and the record with what she shared. The visit starts where the chat ended, not with the same questions all over again.
Where your buyers come from
In Metrics you see how many buyers wrote to you, how many visits were scheduled, and where the new conversations come from: your website, WhatsApp, or an ad. That way you know which channel brings you buyers and where it's worth putting your time and your budget.

What about the phone?
The video also shows what it would look like with the phone line: Lucía calls the next day to move her visit. That part is an illustrative recreation. You can find the phone line in Plugins.
Shall we set it up with your houses?
If you're a realtor or you have a real estate agency in Texas, Florida, or anywhere in the U.S., and you serve buyers in Spanish and English, this gets set up with your catalog, your team, and the way you work.
Create your TBit account and start by uploading your houses. The plans are on the pricing page.
