Plans and energy usage in TBit
How usage is counted in TBit: what 1 energy is, what each plan includes, and what happens when you run out of energy for the month.
Understanding how usage is counted is key to choosing your plan and avoiding surprises. The golden rule: TBit charges in energy, and 1 reply from your TBit to a customer uses 1 energy, no matter how many WhatsApp messages go out.
It's counted per AI reply, not per message
One AI-generated reply can turn into several WhatsApp messages and still counts as just one. Example: a customer asks "recommend me a product" and the agent replies with a text + 5 photos. That's 6 messages in the chat, but it's 1 AI reply and uses 1 energy. That's why real usage is usually much lower than it looks when you watch the chat.
Plan energy and extra energy
Plus and Business: come with their monthly energy (1,500 and 3,000). If you need more, you move up a plan.
Pro, Scale and Enterprise: come with 5,000, 12,000 and 25,000 energy per month and, if you run out, you can buy extra energy at US$0.027 per unit, from US$10 to US$500. Ideal if your demand goes up and down with the season or your ads.
Spending control
On Pro, Scale and Enterprise you can turn on auto-recharge from Billing in the app: you choose the energy level that triggers the recharge, the amount and the cap on recharges per period. If you run out of energy and don't recharge, your TBit stops replying until you top up. Also, extra energy you don't use isn't lost: it rolls over to the next period.
What Meta charges is separate
What Meta charges for WhatsApp messages isn't part of energy: each business pays it on its own WhatsApp line. Starting October 1, 2026, Meta charges for service messages beyond the first 1,000 free ones per month, and for templates depending on the country. Your team, with no seat limit
On every plan you can add everyone on your team you need, free and with no seat limit. Teammates who only receive appointments don't even need an account to get into the platform.
