1. What is this service?
This service covers the initial setup stage of the TBit agent. During this period, the TBit team supports the client with gathering information, training the agent, creating memories, setting up tools, and preparing the capabilities the agent needs to operate according to the business.
The onboarding lasts a maximum of two weeks from the start of the process.
2. What does it include?
Depending on the scope defined for each client, the service may include:
Gathering business informationReview of products, services, hours, policies, sales processes, frequently asked questions, ways of serving customers, and other information relevant to how the agent works.
Creating the agent's memoriesOrganizing the business information so the agent can reply in a coherent way that's aligned with how the client operates.
Setting up toolsPreparing the functions the agent needs to carry out specific tasks inside TBit.
Support with connecting WhatsApp BusinessGuidance during the process of connecting the WhatsApp Business line, when applicable.
Setting up schedulingPreparing scheduling flows, availability, hours, services, or appointments, according to the business's needs.
Preparing transactional capabilitiesInitial setup of functions related to products, services, inventory, orders, requests, or sales processes that can be carried out inside TBit.
3. What does the client need to provide?
To complete the setup correctly, the client needs to share the necessary information on time. This may include:
Photos of products, services, facilities, or equipment.
Descriptions of products or services.
Business hours.
Prices, rates, or commercial terms.
Policies for changes, cancellations, warranties, or deliveries.
Frequently asked questions.
Contact information.
Access or permissions needed to connect external tools.
Any other material relevant to training and setting up the agent.
The quality of the result depends largely on the information the client provides.
4. How long the onboarding lasts
The onboarding lasts a maximum of two weeks.
During this period, the TBit team may ask questions, request information, review materials, set up tools, and make initial adjustments.
If the client doesn't provide the necessary information within that period, TBit may move forward with the information available. This doesn't mean the onboarding is automatically extended.
5. About the WhatsApp Business connection
TBit supports the client throughout the WhatsApp Business connection process. However, the connection depends on external factors, including:
The status of the client's business account on Meta.
The availability and eligibility of the WhatsApp number.
The restrictions or validations applied by Meta.
The correct management of permissions inside Facebook Business Manager.
Possible previous connections with other providers.
For this reason, TBit cannot guarantee that the WhatsApp Business connection will be approved or completed successfully.
If difficulties arise, TBit may suggest reasonable alternative routes, but the execution of those alternatives will depend on the client and on the conditions imposed by Meta.
6. What doesn't it include?
To avoid confusion, this service does not automatically include:
Unlimited content creation.
Indefinite sessions or meetings.
Permanent support after the two weeks.
Guarantee of approval or connection by Meta.
Advanced graphic design.
Professional photo or video production.
Unlimited upload of products or information.
Development of custom features not included in the scope.
Special integrations not agreed on beforehand.
Any additional work can be quoted separately.
7. Shared responsibility
Setting up the agent is a collaborative process. TBit provides the platform, the methodology, the technical setup and the support. The client provides the knowledge of their business, the necessary information and the availability to answer questions during the process.
When both parties work together in a timely way, the agent can be better prepared to serve customers, answer questions, support sales, schedule appointments or run the defined flows.
8. Expected result
At the end of the support period, the client is expected to have an agent set up with the information provided, the initial memories created and the tools enabled according to the defined scope.
The final result may vary depending on the complexity of the business, the information available and the external technical conditions, especially in processes related to WhatsApp Business and Meta.
