How to pause AI automatic replies without deactivating TBit

One way to speed up service and supervise it at the same time is to keep TBit active 24/7 or set it up to work only when you're not at your workstation. The options are flexible and adapt to each business's needs.

As we've always said: AI doesn't replace, it accompanies.

Path: Side menu → Settings → Integrations

Step 1: Go to the "Integrations" option in the main menu.

Step 2: In Integrations, choose the social network where you want to pause the AI-generated message service.

Step 3: Select the number or Instagram account you want to pause.

Step 4: In the "Channel enabled" option, click the green button. Once you click, the button will turn gray, which means the channel has been disabled.

Step 5: Once the button is gray, click "Save". This will apply the changes and from that moment on, message generation will stop.

Important:

• While the channel enabled option is gray, TBit won't generate automatic replies

• If you want to turn the AI service back on, repeat the process so the button turns green

• Once it's active again, TBit will resume generating automatic replies for messages that arrive after that activation
