Version 2026-10-08. Effective October 8, 2026. The counterparty is TBit, LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States. If this English version and the Spanish one differ, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What TBit Jobs is
TBit Jobs (jobs.tbit.app) is a service of TBit, LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States ("TBit"), that applies for you to seasonal jobs with an employer-sponsored visa. From your answers we write your resume in English, find openings that fit your profile and write to employers under your name.
Today we apply to two public sources:
- United States: openings from the H-2B (temporary non-agricultural work) and H-2A (agricultural work) programs published by the US Department of Labor.
- Canada: openings on Job Bank, the Government of Canada's job site, that have an LMIA and whose employer says it accepts candidates from abroad.
You choose in your dashboard which countries we apply to. The sources may change over time.
These terms, together with the TBit Privacy Policy and the TBit general Terms and Conditions, form the agreement between you and TBit for using TBit Jobs. If anything in these terms contradicts the general terms, these terms govern TBit Jobs. In particular, for TBit Jobs these terms replace the "TBit Job Apply: Additional Terms" section of the general terms: connecting Gmail is not required, and pausing applications does not create drafts in your email.
2. What TBit Jobs is not
- It is not a staffing agency or a recruiter, and it does not act on behalf of any employer.
- It does not process visas, work permits or LMIAs. That process is between you, the employer and each country's government.
- It does not sell jobs. Your subscription pays for the tools that prepare and send your applications. You are not buying a job, immigration sponsorship or preferred access to any employer.
- It does not guarantee results. We don't guarantee that an employer will reply, interview you, make you an offer or hire you, or that you will get a visa or a work permit. The hiring decision is always the employer's.
- It does not vet each employer. Openings come from public sources of the governments of the United States and Canada, but TBit doesn't control their content or answer for what the employer does. Before accepting an offer, review its conditions. Be wary of anyone who asks you for money in exchange for a job.
3. Your account
The account is personal: it is for one person, the job seeker, and it may not be lent, sold or shared. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be of legal age in your country to use TBit Jobs.
What you tell us (your experience, your contact details, your documents) must be true. We write your resume from what you tell us, with the help of artificial intelligence, and our rule is not to add experience, degrees or skills you didn't tell us about. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes: review your profile and what you see in your dashboard, and let us know if you find an error.
4. You authorize us to apply for you
By using TBit Jobs you authorize us to:
- Prepare and send applications under your name to the openings we choose based on your profile and preferences, with your resume and a message tailored to each opening.
- Send them from TBit's sending system, with an address TBit manages for you, or from your Gmail account if you connected it. If you connected Gmail, you can remove access anytime from your Google account.
- Receive employer replies in your inbox inside TBit and forward them to your email.
Applications go out on their own, without you approving each message separately. A sent application cannot be withdrawn. You can pause or stop applying anytime from your dashboard. The number of applications per day depends on your plan (today, up to 20 per day). The first few days start at a lower pace and ramp up on their own, so emails reach the employer's inbox.
5. Talent pool
Besides applying for you, TBit Jobs has a talent pool where recruiting agencies and companies that post openings with TBit can find you by your experience. You appear in it unless you turn it off, and you can leave anytime from your profile. Agencies see your profile without your email or phone number; your contact details are only shared if you accept their invitation.
6. Plan, price and free trial
- Price. The TBit Jobs monthly plan costs USD 30 a month, charged in advance each month to the card you register. The current price is shown before you pay. Charges are processed by Stripe. If you have an earlier plan (for example, a quarterly one), you keep the price and cycle you signed up for until we notify you of a change under these terms.
- 7-day trial. If you never had a TBit Jobs plan, courtesy plan, subscription or trial, your first 7 days are free. We ask for your card to start the trial, but we don't charge you anything during those 7 days. The first charge comes on day 8, unless you cancel before. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. There is one trial per person.
- Discount codes. A discount code (for example, from a partner who recommended us) may lower the price of your first months. What it discounts and for how many months is shown before you pay. A code can't be exchanged for cash or combined with another.
- Renewal. The plan renews automatically every month, with the same card, until you cancel it. If a charge fails, Stripe retries it, and meanwhile we may stop sending applications.
- Price changes. If the price changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from the first renewal after that date. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
7. Cancellation
There is no lock-in: you can cancel anytime, without penalty. You cancel yourself from your profile on jobs.tbit.app (Plan → "Manage or cancel my plan"), which takes you to Stripe's billing portal. If your plan has no Stripe billing account (for example, a courtesy plan), write to us and we'll cancel it with you.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: until then you keep your plan and we keep applying for you. Pausing applications does not cancel the plan or stop the charges. Cancellation requests through other channels (email, WhatsApp, social media) don't stop billing on their own; if you can't get into the portal, write to us and we'll help you cancel.
8. Refunds
After cancellation you keep access to the service until the end of the month already paid; charges for months already started are non-refundable. We also don't refund unused days of a month, applications that weren't sent because you paused the service, or the fact that an employer didn't reply to you or hire you.
The exception is charges made by mistake on our part: if we charged you twice for the same month, or charged you after you canceled in time, we refund that charge. To ask us to review a charge, write to [email protected] or to the TBit Jobs WhatsApp: a person on the team reviews it and replies.
If you open a chargeback or a dispute with your bank, we may pause your account while it is resolved.
Nothing in this section limits the rights your country's consumer protection law gives you when that law cannot be waived.
9. Your data
We handle your data under the TBit Privacy Policy. Specifically, to provide TBit Jobs:
- We use your profile, your answers, your resume and what you record or write for us to write your applications, with the help of artificial intelligence models.
- We send each employer your resume, your message and your contact details, because that's what applying is.
- If you subscribed with the code or link of a partner in the TBit Jobs Partner Program, that partner sees your name, your email, the date you signed up and the status of your plan (for example, in trial, paying or canceled). They don't see your applications, your messages or your resume.
- In the talent pool, agencies see your profile without your contact details (section 5).
You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by writing to [email protected].
10. Acceptable use
You may not use TBit Jobs to apply on behalf of another person, with false information or with someone else's documents, or to send messages that aren't good-faith applications. We may pause or close an account that breaches these terms or puts at risk the email delivery of other candidates.
11. Liability
TBit Jobs is provided "as is". TBit is not liable for decisions by employers, consulates or governments, for the content of openings published by third parties, or for indirect damages or lost profits. TBit's total liability to you for TBit Jobs is limited to what you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event that gives rise to it, except as your country's law does not allow to be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If the change is significant, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using TBit Jobs after that date, you accept the new version; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved through individual online arbitration, in Spanish, before an arbitration center that TBit designates and communicates to you, with a waiver of class or collective actions. You keep the right to bring a claim before the courts or consumer protection authorities of your country when local law allows it.
This document is published in Spanish and English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
