Your restaurant answers WhatsApp and holds the table during the rush
A restaurant's WhatsApp blows up at the exact moment nobody can look at it: Friday at eight, dining room full, kitchen at capacity. Fifteen unread messages asking whether there is a table for four, how much the special costs and how late you are open. Whoever does not get an answer in five minutes has already booked somewhere else.
TBit answers for you on WhatsApp and Instagram, holds the table against the ones you genuinely have left, quotes every dish from your own menu and prices, and answers for the tenth time what the address is and whether there is parking. Whatever it cannot solve stays in the same chat so your team can step in when they get a free hand.
- Holds a table against the ones you genuinely have left, and never offers a time when no table that size is free
- Answers menu, prices, hours, address and parking at any hour, Sundays included
- Out of the box it hands over your booking link; if you want it to close the booking inside the chat, you switch that in the calendar settings
- Automatic WhatsApp reminder before the reservation, on from day one
- Try it 8 days free with 300 AI messages, no credit card
It is set up the same way for a sit-down restaurant, a cafe or bakery, a bar, and private rooms for events and birthdays.

The fine print
The money leaks during the rush, which is exactly when nobody can reply
Do the math with your own numbers. If a table of four is worth 180,000 pesos and three groups fall through every weekend because nobody got to answer whether there was a table, that is more than two million a month that never came in. And it shows up nowhere in the nightly close, because a table that was never booked exists in no report. The leak is invisible by design.
Where it escapes, in order of frequency:
- The Friday-at-eight message asking for a table for four, answered Saturday at noon
- The call that came in mid-rush, phone ringing on the counter with nobody's hands free
- The person who asked about the menu and the takeout price, and went to the place next door because they answered first
- The party of twelve that asked about the private room, asked for the menu and never heard back
- The reservation that did not show and did not tell you, with people waiting for a table at the door
We will not promise you a pretty percentage lift in sales, because that depends on your food, your location and your prices, not on us. Here is exactly what the system does: it answers in seconds at any hour, holds only what you genuinely have free, and reminds the guest on WhatsApp so the table does not end up set and empty. What happens to your sales is something you measure, with your own reservations.

Tap the two values that look like your restaurant.
- What a table of four is worth to you: 90,000 pesos, 120,000 pesos, 180,000 pesos, 250,000 pesos
- Groups that fall through every weekend because nobody got to answer: 1, 2, 3, 5

How it works, in three steps
- Connect the restaurant's WhatsApp and load your menu. The same number already listed on Google Maps, printed on the flyer and shown on your Instagram, and Instagram too if you want, so reservations can start there. Each dish is loaded with a name, description, price and photo, or pulled from your store if you already sell online with Shopify or Jumpseller.
- Define how booking works. Each table size is loaded with how many you have of that size, how long a reservation lasts, the gap you need between one seating and the next to clear and reset, how much notice you accept and how far ahead people can book. Your hours, the days you close and public holidays load once and are subtracted automatically.
- Switch the agent on and it works. It answers what comes in, shows only the times you genuinely have free, holds the table and sends the WhatsApp reminder before the reservation.
This is management setup, not technical work: it happens in the platform, using what is already written on your menu. There is one decision worth making on day one: out of the box the agent hands over your booking link and the guest picks the time there. If you would rather it close the reservation inside the conversation, you switch the calendar to conversational mode in the settings. Both paths read exactly the same availability.
What a reservation looks like in a guest's WhatsApp
- Thursday, 11:12 p.m.
- Andres: Hi, do you have a table for 4 on Saturday around 8?
- Agent: Hi Andres, happy to help. On Saturday for 4 people I have 7:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. At 8:00 I have no table that size left. Which one works?
- Andres: Is 8:15 possible? We are coming from the movies.
- Agent: At 8:15 I have no table for 4 free either. The closest is 8:45 p.m. Shall I hold it?
- Andres: Sure, 8:45.
- Agent: Reservation confirmed: table for 4, Saturday August 9, 8:45 p.m., Carrera 13 #85-24. If you need to move or cancel it, just message me here.
- Friday, 8:45 p.m.
- Agent: Hello, this is a reminder that you have a booking on Saturday August 9 at 8:45 p.m., at Carrera 13 #85-24.
- Saturday, 6:45 p.m.
- Agent: Hello, this is a reminder that you have a booking on Saturday August 9 at 8:45 p.m., at Carrera 13 #85-24.
- Saturday, 7:02 p.m.
- Andres: Two more joined us, we will be 6. Is that possible?
- Agent: For 6 people today I have 9:15 p.m. If you take that time, I release the table for 4 at 8:45. Shall I change it?
- Andres: Yes, change it.
- Agent: Done. Your reservation is now for 6 people today at 9:15 p.m., and I already released the 8:45 table. Here is the confirmation with the new time.
Three things happened there and all three are worth money: the reservation came in on a Thursday at 11 at night with the restaurant closed; the times it offered genuinely existed, because before writing them it is checked that they came out of real availability; and the 8:45 table went back on the board the same second, ready for another group instead of sitting empty. Nobody on your team opened the chat.
So the example does not sell you more than there is: this conversation runs with the calendar in conversational mode, which is not the out-of-the-box mode. And both reminders are written the way the template created on day one writes them, a short line with the date, the time and the address. If you want it to say "your table for 4" or the name of whoever booked, you write that text yourself.
One more important point: the agent does not join two tables and does not split a party. Going from 4 to 6 worked because that restaurant has a table for 6 loaded as another size, with how many it has of that size. And if it had a late-change policy, the 7:02 p.m. message would not have gone straight through: the agent would have explained the free-change deadline and the fee to Andres, and would only have moved the booking if he agreed.

How it knows whether you really have a table left
The agent does not offer "availability" in the abstract. It offers what is left after subtracting what is already booked, table size by table size.
- Each table size is loaded with how many you have. A table for 4 counts as full only once every table that size is taken, not when the first reservation comes in.
- It never offers a taken time, and it checks again that it is still free right before holding it.
- It holds the exact time the guest asks for. Ask for 8:45 and you get 8:45, and if it truly does not fit, it offers the nearest genuinely free time instead of a list of round hours.
- Every reservation has its own duration and its own buffer: an hour and a half at the table plus fifteen minutes to clear and reset before the next seating.
- Minimum and maximum notice: no bookings five minutes from now, and none eight months out, unless you want them.
- The days you close and public holidays are subtracted for everyone.
- The private room can be booked by range: the guest picks a start and an end within what is free, instead of a fixed block.
- The agent cannot invent a time. If a message claims availability that did not come from the system, that message is corrected before it goes out and replaced with real times.
- If you want a deposit for large parties or for the private room, you turn that on in the calendar settings: the agent shows times but will not hold anything until the proof of payment arrives, and if you connect MercadoPago it can send the payment link.
Here is the fine print, said before you discover it yourself: there are two ways to set reservations up and they are not equivalent. If the table is loaded as a space with how many you have of that size, which is the natural fit for a restaurant, the reservation lives in TBit's own calendar, the confirmation is the agent's message in the chat and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp. If a person hosts the reservation instead, the events coordinator for example, and that person connects their Google account and activates it on this agent, you also get the Meta-approved confirmation template, the email with the reservation attached and the event in their Google Calendar, which is read and written both ways: anything they block in that calendar stops being offered.
Your menu answers on its own, with today's prices
The other half of the messages a restaurant gets are about the menu: what is on today, how much it costs, whether there is anything vegetarian, how late you are open. The agent takes that work off you entirely, and it stops being the reason nobody got around to answering the person who actually wanted to book.
- Each dish lives with a name, description, price and photo. The agent answers with what you loaded, not with what it imagines.
- If a dish runs out, you mark it and the agent stops offering it until you switch it back on. It does not come back by itself the next day, so remembering to switch it on is part of the job.
- The agent can send photos of the whole menu, or of one dish if the guest asks about it.
- Menu, prices, hours, address, parking, whether pets are welcome, whether there are vegetarian options: it answers with what you loaded, on WhatsApp and on Instagram.
- If you already sell online with Shopify or Jumpseller, the menu can be pulled from there instead of loading it twice.
- The address the guest types is stored on their contact record without wiping the previous ones, so next time nobody has to ask for it again.
And now the question we get most, answered plainly: today the agent does not build the order for you. There is no cart, it does not calculate the order total and no order is recorded in a sales panel. What it does is answer the menu and the prices at any hour, say whether you reach that neighborhood based on what you teach it, and leave the chat warm so someone on your team closes the order right there. If what you need is an agent that builds and charges the order on its own, this page cannot promise you that today.

The house plate is $38,000. Want me to send you the photo?
The house plate is sold out today. I have the house pasta at $32,000 and the house salad at $28,000.
How late are you open?
Today we are open until 11:00 p.m., and on Sundays until 5:00 p.m.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have our own parking at Carrera 13 #85-24, with room for eight cars.
Do you have anything vegetarian?
Yes: the house pasta and the house salad are vegetarian. I can send the photos if you like.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, pets are welcome on the terrace. Not inside, because of the kitchen.

The reminder that saves the table set and empty
An empty table at eight on a Saturday costs the same as a full one, except you already paid for the produce, the shift and the rent.
- Automatic WhatsApp reminder before the reservation, using a Meta-approved template. By default one day before and two hours before, and the timing is yours to change. It comes on.
- The template created on day one is a short line with the date, the time and the address. If you want it to mention the table or the name of whoever booked, you write that text yourself.
- If the guest moves the reservation, reminders recalculate themselves; if they cancel, reminders switch off.
- The guest moves or cancels by messaging the same chat. And if you also want them to get their own link to do it without writing to anyone, you turn on a checkbox in the calendar settings: it comes switched off.
- If you have a late-change policy, the agent explains it before applying it and only proceeds if the guest explicitly accepts. It is recorded with the policy in force that day, and you decide the charge: the platform charges nothing and blocks nobody.
- When something is cancelled, that time becomes free again and is offered to the next person who asks for it.
- Before the reservation the agent can collect whatever you want, with your own questions: whether it is a birthday, whether they need a high chair, whether there is an allergy.
- Anyone on your team can step into the same chat and write whenever they want. And if you would rather a person always handle cancellations and changes, turn it off: the case goes to your team and the agent stays quiet for 15 minutes so nobody talks over them.
One honest note: there is no automatic waiting list. When a table frees up, TBit does not go out and tell the next person who asked for it.

What TBit does not do in a restaurant, said before you ask
We would rather you know where the product ends before you decide, not after.
- It does not build the order for you: there is no cart, it does not calculate the order total and no order is recorded in a sales panel. It answers the menu and the prices, and your team closes the order in the same chat.
- It does not connect to Rappi, Didi Food or Uber Eats, and there is no connector for point-of-sale systems or kitchen printers. If your system can connect to other programs, it is built to order and assessed case by case before you buy.
- It does not join tables and does not split a party across two. Each table size is loaded with how many you have of that size.
- There is no floor plan: the agent does not know that table 12 is the one by the window.
- It does not price delivery by distance, does not assign a driver and does not track the order on a map.
- It does not charge at the table, does not split the bill and does not handle tips. It does not replace your point of sale and does not issue tax invoices.
- There is no loyalty program and no discount coupons.
- The only payment provider you can connect today to send a payment link or take a deposit is MercadoPago.
- It does not read the location a guest shares on WhatsApp. It stores the address the guest types, and that one does land on their record.
- Reservations set up as a table size are not reflected in Google Calendar: the calendar comes in when a person with a connected account hosts the reservation.
- Reminders go out on WhatsApp, and the email with the reservation attached goes out when a person hosts it. There is no SMS and no automated phone calls.
- Messages sent outside the live conversation travel on WhatsApp, not Instagram, even though the reservation itself can happen on Instagram.
- There is no multi-location feature that routes the guest: you set up one menu and one set of table sizes per location, with its address and its hours.
- We do not promise a percentage lift in sales or a drop in empty tables. Turn it on, measure your own numbers and decide.
- We do not claim it never makes a mistake. We claim it cannot invent availability: if it states a time that did not come from the system, that message is corrected before it goes out.

Clear pricing and an 8-day trial with no card
From the entry plan you get reservations, reminders and the calendar connection. What changes from one plan to the next is how much you use: how many messages a month and how many seats can log into the platform. No "reservations are in the higher plan".
- Plus: 45 USD (1500 messages a month, 2 seats in the platform)
- Business: 80 USD (3000 messages a month, 3 seats in the platform)
- Pro: 115 USD (5000 messages a month, 3 seats in the platform)
- Enterprise: 500 USD (25000 messages a month, 10 seats in the platform)
The trial is 8 days with 300 AI messages and full access to the platform. We do not ask for a credit card, not to start and not to finish, so there is no charge waiting for you on day 9: if you do not pick a plan, it simply stops.
The most useful thing you can do in those 8 days is load ten dishes from your menu and one table size, connect the WhatsApp line and message it yourself from your phone on a Friday at eight, as if you were a guest. One evening is enough to know.
What has already happened at volume, and not in a restaurant, so nobody sells you smoke: in a program run by Colombia's Vice Presidency the agent handled 9,220 contacts with 62 human interventions in 25 days. That is not your case and we will not pretend it is, but it is the proof that it holds a rush with very few people behind it.
How you measure it without risking service: run it for one weekend with one table size and ten dishes. Count how many reservations came in outside your opening hours, and how many menu questions got answered without anyone on the team opening the chat. You decide on those two numbers, not on our promise.

What restaurants ask us
What they ask before buying
Does it take orders, or only table reservations?
Today it does table reservations very well and it does the order conversation, but it does not build the order for you. To book, the agent checks how many tables of that size you have free at that time, only holds one if it genuinely fits, and then sends the WhatsApp reminder. To order, it answers the menu with your prices, says whether you reach that neighborhood based on what you teach it and stores the address the guest types, and from there someone on your team closes the order in the same chat. What does not happen today is an order built, charged and recorded in a sales panel. If that is what you need, message us and we will tell you where it stands, but we will not sell it to you as if it were already here.
Does it connect to Rappi, to our point of sale or to the kitchen printer?
No, and we would rather tell you before you buy. There is no connection to Rappi, Didi Food or Uber Eats, there is no point-of-sale connector, and nothing prints in the kitchen. What TBit takes over is your own WhatsApp line, which is where you pay no commission: it answers the menu and the prices at any hour, holds the table against your real availability and reminds the guest about the booking. The delivery apps stay exactly as they are. If your system can connect to other programs, a custom connection can be built, and that is assessed case by case before you buy.
How does it handle a party of twelve or the private room?
A large party is loaded as another table size, with how many you have of that size, and the agent only offers it when one is genuinely free. Watch out for this: the agent does not join two tables and does not split a party across them, so if seating twelve means pushing tables together, that is your call when you load the sizes. For the private room two more things help: it can be booked by range, meaning the guest picks a start and an end within what is free, and you can require a deposit, in which case the agent shows times but will not hold the room until the proof of payment arrives. If you connect MercadoPago, the agent can send the payment link for that deposit. And if a person hosts the room with their Google Calendar connected, anything they block there stops being offered.
Can the guest move or cancel the reservation without calling?
Yes, by messaging the same chat: the agent checks real availability, moves the reservation and releases the old time in the same moment, and the reminders recalculate themselves. If you also want every guest to get their own link to view, move or cancel it without writing to anyone, that is a checkbox in the calendar settings and it comes switched off. With it off, the guest makes changes by messaging the agent, which is the path that works without you touching anything. And if you want the opposite, with a person on your team always handling changes and cancellations, you turn it off: the case goes to the team and the agent stays quiet for 15 minutes so nobody talks over them.
Can Meta block our restaurant's WhatsApp for using this?
The risk does not come from automating, it comes from how the channel is used. That is why TBit runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business channel and not on a phone with software bolted onto it. Within 24 hours of the guest's message the agent replies freely. Outside that window, reminders go out as Meta-approved templates in the utility category, which is the exact purpose Meta created them for. What Meta penalizes is sending promotions to people who never messaged you, and that is your decision, not the system's. No tool can guarantee Meta will never review an account, but using the official channel and utility templates is how you stay on the right side of their rules.
How long does it take to get running, and what do I need ready?
The first weekend is realistic if you show up with three things: the restaurant's WhatsApp line, your table sizes with how many you have of each plus your opening hours, and your best-selling dishes with prices and photos. Nobody has to learn another program: it is loaded in the platform and tested by messaging it yourself from your phone. The trial is 8 days with 300 AI messages and full access to the platform, with no credit card, and if you do not pick a plan at the end it simply stops. The pricing block on this page shows what each plan includes. The only step outside our control is Meta approving the reminder template, which usually takes a few hours; while that clears, the agent already answers the menu and holds tables through your reservation link.
Switch it on this weekend and watch it during the rush
If your restaurant's WhatsApp has unread messages from last night and the phone is ringing while food is going out, that is exactly the problem this solves.
Start the 8-day trial, load one table size and ten dishes from your menu, and let it answer real messages on a Friday. If you would rather we set it up for you, message us on WhatsApp and we will get it running with your menu, your hours and your tables.
And if you run several locations, here is how it is solved: you create one menu and one set of table sizes per location, with its address and its hours, all managed from a single account. That is an initial setup, not a multi-location switch: if you run many locations, message us and we will build it with you.
