Consultez et mettez à jour les informations des contacts

Vue d'ensemble

Les contacts représentent les personnes qui échangent avec votre agent sur des canaux comme WhatsApp, Instagram et l'e-mail. Chaque contact a un profil avec un nom, des identifiants de canal et des métadonnées facultatives.

Endpoints

Méthode	Chemin	Description

Paramètres de requête

L'endpoint de liste accepte les paramètres de requête suivants :

Paramètre	Type	Description
`limit`	`number`	Résultats par page (par défaut : 20, max : 100)
`offset`	`number`	Nombre de résultats à sauter (par défaut : 0)
