TBit Jobs Partner Program Terms

Version 2026-10-08. Effective October 8, 2026. The counterparty is TBit, LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States. If this English version and the Spanish one differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. What the Program is

The TBit Jobs Partner Program (the "Program") pays a commission to people and businesses who recommend TBit Jobs (jobs.tbit.app) and get someone to subscribe and pay for their plan. It is offered by TBit, LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States ("TBit").

Whoever accepts these terms is the Partner. The person who subscribes to TBit Jobs with the Partner's code or link is their Referral.

This Program is only for TBit Jobs. It is separate from the TBit Referral Program, which is for people who recommend the TBit platform for businesses and has its own rules. Taking part is not employment, not a franchise and grants no exclusivity of any kind.

2. How to join

  1. You apply at jobs.tbit.app/socios with your TBit account and fill in the application: your name, your WhatsApp, how you will recommend TBit Jobs, the code you want and the country where you will receive your earnings. By sending the application you accept these terms.
  2. TBit reviews the application and may approve or reject it without giving a reason. We'll let you know by email.
  3. If we approve you, you get your code (letters and numbers only) and your link (jobs.tbit.app/?ref=YOURCODE). Once assigned, the code doesn't change.
  4. You set up your payouts in a Stripe form, in your name (section 6). Without that step your commissions are recorded but cannot be transferred.

TBit charges you nothing to join the Program, have your code or receive your commissions (currency conversion or bank fees may apply, section 6). There is no minimum number of Referrals.

3. Who your Referral is

A person becomes your Referral when they arrive at jobs.tbit.app through your link or apply your code before subscribing. Each Referral belongs to a single Partner:

  • If they arrived through one Partner's link and later apply another Partner's code when subscribing, they belong to the code's owner.
  • Once they applied a code, they stay with that Partner and are not reassigned.
  • Between links, they stay with the first link they used.

4. Your Referral's benefit

Anyone who subscribes with your code or link gets a discount on their first month of TBit Jobs. The value and duration of the discount are set by TBit, are shown on jobs.tbit.app and on the checkout page before paying, and may change for new subscriptions. The discount can't be exchanged for cash or combined with another code.

You may not offer, on TBit's behalf, a discount, price or benefit different from what jobs.tbit.app shows.

5. Your commission

You earn USD 5 for each paid monthly installment of each of your Referrals, for as long as they remain a TBit Jobs customer and keep paying. There is no cap on months: a commission accrues every month your Referral pays for their monthly plan, as long as your participation and the Program remain in effect and these conditions are met.

A monthly installment accrues a commission when all of these conditions are met:

  1. It is the monthly installment of your Referral's TBit Jobs plan, charged through Stripe, in US dollars, and actually paid with money for at least USD 5 (not a zero-amount invoice).
  2. Your code is active when we record that installment, which we do shortly after each charge (section 8).
  3. The Referral is not you or an account of yours (section 7).

These do not accrue a commission:

  • The 7-day free trial, or any zero-amount invoice.
  • Courtesy plans or any plan not charged through Stripe.
  • An installment that is fully refunded, disputed or charged back before your commission is transferred.

Each paid monthly installment accrues only one commission, even if Stripe retries the charge or repeats the notice. If an installment that meets these conditions doesn't appear in your dashboard, write to [email protected] and we'll review it.

If your Referral cancels, they stop accruing commissions from that moment. The months they already paid still count for you.

No commission clawback for cancellations. If your Referral cancels or asks for a refund after your commission was transferred, that commission is not deducted from you. A transferred commission can only be reversed in case of fraud, self-referral or chargeback (sections 7 and 8).

6. How and when you get paid

  • As the money comes in. TBit processes paid installments periodically, usually a few minutes after each charge, and transfers each commission once your payout account is enabled. There may be verification or processing delays. There is no monthly cutoff and no minimum balance on our side.
  • Through Stripe Connect, in your name. The transfer goes to a Stripe account in your name, in the country you chose in your application. Stripe deposits it into your bank account on your payout schedule, usually once a month, in your country's currency. In some countries Stripe requires a minimum amount before depositing. Currency conversion and your bank's fees don't depend on TBit.
  • Countries. We can only pay in the countries where Stripe allows transfers from TBit; the current list is at tbit.app/es/job-apply/socios. You choose the country of your payout account in your application and it can't be changed afterwards.
  • Without a ready payout account, the commission stays pending. Until you finish the Stripe form, or while Stripe hasn't enabled deposits on your account, your commission stays recorded and pending; it isn't lost. It is transferred once your account is ready.
  • TBit doesn't pay third parties. We only transfer to the Stripe account in the Partner's name.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying the taxes that apply to you in your country. Stripe may ask you for tax information to open your account; without it, Stripe can't pay you. TBit applies the withholdings and requests the tax documentation required by applicable law.

In your partner dashboard you see each Referral, where they are and each commission they generated for you.

7. What you may not do

These behaviors may end your participation immediately. TBit may hold the commissions related to the behavior while it reviews it, and void them, or reverse those already transferred, if it confirms the breach; we'll tell you why and you'll be able to give your side:

  1. Referring yourself or your own accounts. Your own subscription with your code doesn't earn you a commission.
  2. Creating accounts or trials on behalf of other people, signing people up without their knowledge, or encouraging subscriptions that don't belong to someone who is really looking for a job.
  3. Promising what TBit Jobs doesn't do: a job, an interview, a visa, a work permit or an LMIA, or presenting TBit as a staffing agency or as part of a government. You also may not promise prices, discounts or timelines that TBit hasn't published.
  4. Asking your Referral for their passwords, running their TBit Jobs account for them or reselling them the service.
  5. Sending unsolicited messages (email, WhatsApp, SMS) to promote your code, or posting your code on coupon sites.
  6. Using the TBit brand in search engine ads, or creating domains or profiles that impersonate TBit.

8. Pause, termination and changes

  • TBit may pause or end your code at any time, with or without cause, and will let you know by email. Installments your Referrals pay while your code is paused or after it ends don't accrue commissions.
  • What you earned is paid even if your code is paused or ended. Commissions you accrued while your code was active are still transferred to you, during the pause or after your participation ends, once your payout account is enabled, except in the case of section 7.
  • TBit may hold commission transfers while it investigates a reasonable suspicion of fraud or of a breach of these terms.
  • You can leave whenever you want by letting us know in writing at [email protected].
  • Changes. TBit may change these terms or the commission amount. We'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. A change never alters the conditions of Referrals who already joined under a previous version: each Referral keeps the version in effect when they joined, and the new version applies to Referrals who join from its effective date. TBit may end the Program with 30 days' notice.

9. Your Referrals' data

For each Referral who signed up with your code or link, your dashboard shows only: their name, their email, the date they signed up, the status of their plan (for example, in trial, paying, canceled or courtesy) and the commissions they generated for you.

You don't see their applications, their messages, their resume or any other data from their account.

Your Referral is informed. When they arrive through your link or are about to apply your code, jobs.tbit.app tells them that the partner who invited them will see their email and the status of their plan. Using a partner code or link is voluntary.

You may use that data only to support your Referrals with TBit Jobs (for example, helping them finish their resume or start their trial). You may not sell it, transfer it, add it to third-party databases or use it to promote other products. Protect it, respect anyone who asks you not to contact them, and delete any copies you have once you no longer need them or when your participation ends, unless the law requires you to keep them. Data processing is governed by the TBit Privacy Policy.

10. Disclosure

When you recommend TBit Jobs you must state clearly and visibly that you earn a commission on subscriptions that come from your code, in the same post or message. Follow the advertising rules that apply, including the US FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) where applicable, and those of your audience's country.

11. Brand

TBit grants you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the TBit Jobs name and logo only to recommend TBit Jobs under these terms. You may not modify the logo or blend it into your own brand. The license ends with your participation.

12. Independence

These terms don't create an employment, agency or partnership relationship. You act on your own behalf, bear your own costs, and you don't represent TBit or have authority to contract on its behalf.

13. Liability and governing law

TBit is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from your participation. Its total liability to you is limited to commissions accrued and not paid. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits what applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved through individual online arbitration, in Spanish, before an arbitration center that TBit designates and communicates to you, with a waiver of class or collective actions. You keep the right to bring small claims before the courts or authorities of your country when local law allows it.

This document is published in Spanish and English. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails.
