Prices and Plans of TBit
Overview
TBit offers plans based on the number of AI-generated messages that a virtual agent uses to respond to user queries.
Each message corresponds to a complete agent response, regardless of whether it is shown in one or several bubbles within WhatsApp or other platforms. In other words:
a query = a complete response = a generated message.
For reference, depending on the type of business or industry, an average conversation may involve between 5 and 7 messages. However, there are low-intent interactions (for example, when a user only sends a greeting or makes a brief query) that can be resolved in a single message, thereby optimizing the monthly plan usage.
Current Plans
- Basic Plan: 15 USD / month — Includes 500 AI-generated messages.
- Plus Plan: 45 USD / month — Includes 1,400 AI-generated messages, access to campaigns, scheduling and performance monitoring through the Sales Pipeline.
- Pro Plan: 80 USD / month — Includes 3,000 AI-generated messages, with the same features as the Plus plan and higher message capacity.
Terms and Updates
Prices and features of the plans may be changed without prior notice.
Any changes in prices or conditions will apply from the next billing period. Customers with an active plan will keep the current conditions until the renewal of their current billing cycle.
TBit reserves the right to adjust or redefine the message limits, included functionalities, or the criteria for calculating generated messages, as the platform evolves or service policies change.
Free Trial Period
New users have a free 15-day trial period, during which they can use the main platform features with a limited number of AI-generated messages.
This period aims to allow the evaluation of the service before subscribing to a plan.
Once the 15 days have elapsed, the user must select one of the available plans to continue using TBit.
If no plan is selected, access to the agent and its features will be suspended until a subscription is activated.
