TBit uses a per-message pricing model: you only pay for each response your virtual agent generates using artificial intelligence. Every time a customer asks a question and the agent responds, that counts as one generated message, regardless of the complexity of the response or whether it appears as multiple text bubbles within WhatsApp.

In other words: one customer query = one complete agent response = one message.

Why Per-Message Pricing Instead of Per-Conversation?

Many automation platforms charge per conversation window (24-hour blocks) or per AI-handled contact. This creates unpredictable costs: a long conversation can trigger multiple billing windows without the business anticipating it.

How Much Does a Typical Interaction Cost?

Depending on the business type, an average conversation involves 5 to 7 messages. However, many low-complexity interactions (a greeting, a quick question) are resolved in 1 to 2 messages, optimizing your plan consumption.

Credit System (Pro Plan)

The Pro Plan operates on a hybrid model: it includes base messages and, once those are consumed, activates a prepaid credit system. You can purchase credit packages ($30, $40, $60, $100, or $200 USD) that are automatically deducted as your agent responds. Each message costs $0.025 USD and each campaign template costs $0.009 USD.

You can also enable automatic credit top-up: when your balance drops below a defined threshold, the system automatically recharges so your agent never stops responding.

Free Trial Period

New users get a free 15-day trial period with a limited number of AI messages, allowing you to evaluate the platform before choosing a plan.

Terms and Updates

Prices and features may change. Any changes will apply from the next billing period. Customers with an active plan keep their current terms until their billing cycle renews.
