How to deactivate or delete your AI Agent

Below we will learn how to deactivate and/or delete your TBit. It is important that you pay extreme attention to this step as it can cause a definitive modification in the process with TBit.

Step 1: Click on the left side of the screen where it says "Settings".

Step 2: Click on the central right side where it says "Danger Zone".

Step 3: Click again on "Danger Zone" from the window that appeared.

Step 4: You will see two options:

• Deactivate Agent: By deactivating your Agent, it will stop answering WhatsApp and Instagram messages.

• Delete Agent: By pressing the Delete Agent button, you are performing an irreversible action. Keep in mind that once you delete this Agent, you will not be able to recover it.

Warning: Agent deletion is an irreversible action. Make sure you truly want to delete it before proceeding. If you only need to temporarily pause responses, consider deactivating the agent or pausing the channel.

Step 5: Click on the desired option according to the company's requirement. Remember that once you deactivate it, messages entering your business will not be answered by the AI until you reactivate it.
